We had an incredible stay in Miami with our group of friends. The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the main strip of Collins, yet it felt like a peaceful oasis. The outdoor bar area was a great place for us to relax and unwind, with stunning views to enjoy. Robert, the bell guy, provided exceptional customer service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, offering a variety of healthy and indulgent choices. The hotel facilities, such as the spa and pool, were top-notch and added to our overall enjoyment.

The only downside we experienced was a lack of communication about the ongoing construction at the hotel. It was quite noisy at times and disrupted our relaxation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Miami Beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were outstanding. I loved the fact that I could swim in the dock at my own risk, with the warm water being deep and filled with fish to see. The location on Belle Island next to South Beach gave me a different and unique perspective of the city. The hotel had plenty to offer, including a fantastic spa, yoga classes, a pool, fire pit, and hammocks. The staff were incredible, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The bed was super cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The Lido restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and I loved the tropical birds singing in the morning. The location, although not in South Beach, was still convenient with a short Uber ride to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing spa-retreat experience.

Located next to the bay, this hotel offers stunning views of the water. The restaurant overlooks the bay, providing a beautiful backdrop during meals. The service in the restaurant is impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff making the dining experience unforgettable.

This hotel had a great location close to the beach and we were offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the overall decor of the hotel was trendy and the pool area was nice. We also enjoyed the yoga classes that were offered as it provided a nice way to start the day.

Our stay was not as luxurious as we expected. the pillows were way too soft and flat, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel offered us a luxurious and amazing experience. the spa and wellness center amenities were outstanding, with an outdoor heated swimming pool and sun loungers. the massage was heavenly, and we were also able to enjoy a facial and beauty treatment. the restaurant had a great in-room breakfast menu and amazing poolside snack bar. the location was very convenient, with private facilities available.

The public bath could have been cleaner, but it was still acceptable. Despite the small issue with the bath, we highly recommend this hotel for an exclusive and luxury vacation.
