For a recent weekend getaway to Ocean City, I chose Best Western. The hotel staff, from the Front Desk to housekeeping, were absolutely wonderful. Ms. Martha was especially hospitable and took the time to explain how the coffee maker worked. The coffee was delicious, and Richie even printed a menu for a recommended restaurant. The room size was perfect, and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and easy. the rooms were a good size and quite clean, which was definitely a plus. the hotel's location was also great, being close to everything we wanted to explore during our city trip.

We had a major issue with the noise coming from the air conditioning unit in the fitness room below our room. It was extremely loud and vibrated the floor, making it impossible for us to take a nap or relax.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was satisfactory and staff were friendly and accommodating. Good location near shops and restaurants. a pleasant stay.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was great; it was in the middle of OC and within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. this hotel was a pleasant surprise and I would stay here again.

They even provided batteries for my remote control and quickly fixed the issue when it didn't work. The hotel's location was a huge advantage as it was right across the street from the beach, making it convenient for me to enjoy the ocean breeze. The friendly and welcoming receptionist staff made me feel right at home and their smiles brightened my day. The overall cleanliness and fresh scent of the hotel was impressive. My 4-year-old loved the jetted tub, and the spacious room comfortably accommodated my family. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast provided a tasty start to my day.

The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the beach, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The queen suite was clean, well-maintained, and had everything in good shape. The AC was excellent, keeping the room cool even in hot summer weather. I didn't need to take any photos because the online ones accurately represented the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ocean City. The location was perfect, right in the center of everywhere I wanted to go. Being on the bay side and just across from the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the water. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, always pleasant and helpful. The rooms were equipped with all the amenities I needed, including two beds, a sleeper sofa, fridge, microwave. The fact that breakfast was included was an added bonus, and it was sufficient and tasty.

All was great, no complaints at all.
