the shuttle service is quick and on demand. the pillows are way too soft.

The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, especially during check-in. They even listened to my child's fears and made her feel comfortable. Our room was small but clean, and we enjoyed the complimentary treats for our dog. The overall atmosphere was welcoming for both families and pets. 🐾

Had a cozy king room with a fridge and microwave, which was super handy! The location is fab, nice and close to the airport, so I didn’t have to hitch a ride from Mars.

Those low beds made me feel like I was auditioning for a circus act every time I got in or out! And the bathroom? Not much space to put my beauty potions!

Comfortable bed, clean room, with a friendly staff that provided excellent service and a convenient airport shuttle, making our brief stay hassle-free.

Had a king room with super comfy beds and all the essentials. Loved the microwave, refrigerator, and the flat-screen TV. The outdoor pool was nice, and the fitness center was a plus. Staff was really helpful and quick, making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a great variety too!

The hotel was clean and organized , which is important when you're in the middle of chaos. My devices kept disconnecting , and it drove me up the wall. On the plus side, they had a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which is always a plus for travel snacks.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but I guess for what you get, it was tolerable.

Blimey, the staff were proper lovely, helped me out when I left a shirt behind! Room was tidy and comfy, but them noisy kids in the halls were a right bother. Overall, good stay. Would come back!

The location is super convenient for flying in or out of Des Moines! Breakfast was delicious with so many different options available, I could’ve stayed there all morning! ! The staff was amazing, genuinely attentive and really made my stay special.

However, the outdoor pool was not ideal for colder weather, and breakfast options were lacking, making for a mediocre start to the day. Despite the inconvenience of uncomfortable beds, the presence of a microwave and refrigerator in the room added practical value to the stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. especially during breakfast, where we found an amazing variety of delicious options! Plus, the location is super convenient, just across from the airport and near plenty of restaurants.
