Each morning brought a delightful breakfast spread, varied daily, and the inviting courtyard provided a serene escape. Rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, though the heating/cooling controls could be clearer. Parking was convenient and gated, a significant plus. some common areas felt disheveled due to ongoing renovations. the bar’s early closures limited evening relaxation options. While it boasts many strengths, a few operational lapses prevent it from standing out as exceptional. Nonetheless, the prime location and friendly service make it a strong contender for future visits.

Double beds were on the smaller side, making them less comfortable for sharing with another adult. The front desk staff could be considered borderline rude and unhelpful.

The bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept well for three nights. the room was small for a King size. Upon arrival, we found it not clean, with remnants left behind, which was disappointing. The air conditioning unit was recessed, allowing light to seep in—distracting when trying to sleep. Noise from the nearby elevator was bothersome, especially at night. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, and the restaurant staff offered excellent service. The pool was refreshing but unheated, which might be too chilly for some. there were both highlights and areas needing attention.

The staff always greet you with a smile. The breakfast buffet serves regional delights and good coffee for free at all hours.

The waste situation could use some serious improvement.

The sheets were rough and scratchy, totally unexpected for a place like this. I had to buy a blanket just to feel comfortable. It really made the stay less enjoyable, especially when you’re paying a premium for the experience.

Incredible staff – Mr David, Ms. Tracy, Ms. Brunetta, and the entire team felt like family. Rooms were clean and well-serviced daily. Breakfast? A bit mediocre, but the firm beds made up for it. The courtyard and pool were lovely, though be prepared for a chilly swim. the elevator was tiny, and hot water was unreliable after 9:30 AM. We faced some noise issues and less-than-ideal behavior from other guests. But the location was convenient, close to action, and easily accessible. I'd consider a return, but with some reservations.

My recent stay on Bourbon Street was amazing! the breakfast was exceptional - hot and delicious with many choices. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Even better in person than in photos!
