During my recent transit in Washington, I had the pleasure of staying at The Watergate Hotel Georgetown. Its prime location just 10 km from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and a mere 450 meters from Foggy Bottom-GWU metro station made it a convenient choice for my short stay. The elegant design and panoramic views of the city from the sleek guest rooms and spacious suites exuded luxury, while the on-site amenities, such as the 12,500 square foot fitness center and in-room dog-friendly facilities, provided both comfort and convenience.

The views from the hotel were a bit obstructed by the concrete structure of the building, which detracted slightly from the otherwise stunning panoramic vistas.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was clean and cozy, with quality linen and a balcony with a beautiful view of the water. The location in the Georgetown area was perfect - quiet, with no street noise, yet just a short walk from everything I needed. And breakfast was included in the already great price!

My sister and I had a fantastic stay at the Watergate Hotel Georgetown to celebrate her birthday. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The room itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to provide excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, as it allowed us to easily explore the National Mall, Georgetown, and other tourist sites thanks to its proximity to a Metro station.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient, within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and options.

The hotel had a great restaurant and a beautiful pool and spa. the staff was friendly and the rooms had good amenities like a coffee maker and fridge. the hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to the White House and Georgetown. Additionally, the rooftop bar had amazing views and there was even a skating rink during the winter.

One of the downsides was that the beds in the rooms were smaller than expected. We asked for a larger room but were offered one at a higher price, which was a bit disappointing.

The attention to detail at Watergate was amazing. When I arrived, my room wasn't ready, but they offered me complimentary food and drinks while I waited. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even giving me a free selection of appetizers when there were issues with slow service. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect – nestled in a cozy area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We particularly enjoyed the room amenities – the tea and coffee facilities, the mini-bar, and the free toiletries were great touches. The leisure spa & wellness centre was excellent – we loved using the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room, and the spa centre was a real treat – the full body massage was so relaxing!

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful staycation at the beautiful Watergate Hotel Georgetown. The staff was exceptional, attending to our every need. The room was upscale and the bed was big and comfy. We loved the luxurious Watergate bathrobe. The indoor salt water pool was a great way to relax after exploring the museums and restaurants in the area. If we find cheap rates again, we'll definitely be back!

We received two complementary facts which were pretty good and the location was perfect for walking around to everything we wanted to see. I must underline the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

We had some issues with the plumbing, the sink was clogged and the water pressure in the shower was weak.

I stayed at The Watergate Hotel for a weekend getaway to see "Hamilton" at the Kennedy Center. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to Georgetown and the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the door man, valet, and housekeeping. The pool area was stunning, and the guest rooms were beautifully decorated with granite and marble. I loved the complimentary shoe shine and the rooftop bar with its amazing views. a great stay!

The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were attentive and the rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location near bars, restaurants, and a movie theater. Beautiful indoor pool, spa, and gym. Polite staff, pristine clean, and super comfortable. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Cozy whiskey bar for drinks at night.
