The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me a great night's sleep. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options to choose from.

During my stay, I experienced a minor inconvenience with the sink in my room. However, the staff promptly came to fix the issue and ensured that everything was resolved satisfactorily.

The value for money was excellent, especially during Spring Break. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel staff, especially Francesca, provided exceptional customer service.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety and options.

The Best Western Plus Salinas Valley Inn & Suites exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable, especially considering it was spring break. Secondly, the staff was very attentive to detail, ensuring that everything was working properly during my stay. Lastly, the location near a freeway interchange and many nearby restaurants made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area, including the Monterey Pier. With a comfortable room equipped with a Queen bed and a delicious breakfast included, this hotel truly provided everything I needed for a great stay.

Pleasantly Surprised

Location is very quiet. Conveniently located right near a gas station, freeway on-ramp, Mc Donald's and In-N-Out Burger! Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking. I will be staying here again when visiting Salinas!

Clean rooms, decent size for three people. Good breakfast with single breakfast sandwiches, muffins, danishes, cereal, juice, and coffee. Friendly front staff, suite room with a King Bed and separate room with a Queen Bed, relaxing jacuzzi.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions. Conveniently close to restaurants and shops. the check, in process was smooth and hassle, free. the staff were friendly and accommodating, willing to meet all our requests. They even went above and beyond to cater to our off, grid needs.

The breakfast options were limited and the breakfast room felt cramped, especially considering the number of rooms in the hotel. the overall condition of the interior was disappointing , worn, out carpets in the hallways, non, functional jets in the hot tub.

This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone travelling on a budget. The rooms with Queen beds are spotless, spacious and provided with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast options are varied and plentiful, including bacon, eggs, oatmeal, and a selection of fruits, breads. The hotel's location is convenient, with many nearby restaurants just a short drive away.

All was great during my stay.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing - super sweet, outgoing, and accommodating. They even went out of their way to bring extra shampoo and conditioner to my room when I forgot mine. The breakfast served here is also delicious, with a variety of options like breakfast sandwiches, muffins, danishes, cereal.

I felt like I was right at home during my stay at this hotel - no complaints whatsoever.

The new hotel is clean, with friendly staff. Room size is adequate, but with an unusual closet design. Francesca provided excellent customer service, sharing information about the points program. Suite had a king bed and separate room with a queen bed. The relaxing jacuzzi and breakfast options were enjoyable.

The location between the coast and the hotel has pros and cons. On the positive side, it's easy to pop into fast food. On the other hand, the area is sketchy with lots of transients around. The room was spacious but lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom wasn't up to par with no trash bags provided. Breakfast was typical hotel chain fare, but at least there was a good selection. Unfortunately, there was no view to speak of.

The reception wasn't prompt or pleasant.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a good coffee maker in the room. The staff was helpful when I had an issue with the hair dryer and quickly brought me a replacement. I would recommend this hotel.
