the location was great and staff were friendly.

the air conditioner in our room was way too loud. breakfast options were really limited, and my kids didn't find anything to eat.

Loved it. Five Star services at affordable value. We had a pleasant time during our short visit at this beautiful and cozy hotel. The manager and staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, neat, and gorgeous. The room is nice, clean, neat, and the bed is very comfy. We do not hear any noise throughout the night. I loved the two bathroom counter in a room. A few steps away to take a street car to the French Quarter at $1.25 per trip or $3 all day pass. Yeah, It saved us from driving in the city after a long drive. A big plus with complimentary free car parking at the premises. We felt safe on this short trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Best memory in the Garden District. Last, the breakfast was perfect.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the charming Garden District, which was a great location for exploring everything. The staff were fantastic and always willing to help out. My room was equipped with everything I needed and more, from the heating and air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with the lovely garden furniture. The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and the staff from the manager through the ladies at the reception and in the breakfast area were always friendly and welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay with all the amenities needed.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right on St. Charles Ave, with free parking. Although we reported an issue with the toilet, it was quickly resolved and we were offered complimentary drinks. The microwave and fridge in our clean and comfortable room were great extras. we enjoyed our stay at St Charles Inn, Superior.

The hotel offered complimentary snacks and hot chocolate which was great for xmas. It was located near a beautiful park and a popular shopping street. the hotel had a cozy fireplace in the lobby which we enjoyed.

The room was dirty and smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be a smoke-free facility. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained.
