We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus University Inn. The front desk staff, including Sidney and Sean, were accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast offered great options. However, the shower in our room had drainage issues that slightly affected our comfort. This hotel is great for families and those visiting nearby WSU.

Enjoyed the spacious pool area and the cozy atmosphere with the fireplace. The only issue was the hard bed, which affected my sleep quality.

During my stay, the poolside access was absolutely inviting, perfect for lounging after a day of adventure! I was blown away by the outstanding breakfast with freshly cooked bacon and fluffy scrambled eggs—the best I’ve ever had! Plus, the Seasons Restaurant offered delicious dinner options that rival many standalone eateries!

The staff was friendly and the happy hour was fantastic, with delicious food and drinks. The only downside was that the hot tub jets weren’t working during my stay.

We had a wonderful family stay, and the furry friend loved it too! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the university, making it easy for us to drop our kids off.

My kids wished for more fun activities on-site.

Y’all, the breakfast here is somethin’ else! That bacon and them breakfast burritos were downright delightful, bless your heart! The staff treated us like family, makin' us feel right at home. And, good gracious, the pool area was just beautiful with all that wood and skylights. The whole place gives off such a cozy vibe, just a tad outdated, but I liked it!

What a delightful surprise! The cleanliness was impressive, and the courtyard layout made pool access a breeze. Even with baseball teams nearby, I slept like a baby—can't say that about all hotels!

But those dated vibes felt like I was vacationing in a retro time capsule. I half expected to see disco balls!

Located conveniently between two towns, it's perfect for exploration. I appreciated the ample breakfast options and the accommodating staff.

The King room I had was super comfy and really clean—like, I checked everything and it was spotless! Plenty of USB ports and nice linens made it feel cozy. Plus, the quiet from the cement walls was a win, even with a baseball team nearby. I slept better than I do at home! Nice touch with personal notes from housekeeping too. Really impressed! Would totally recommend this place for a cozy stay.
