This hotel is a great value for money with comfortable beds and a convenient location right off of the highway, making it easy to access Shenandoah National Park and other nearby attractions. The staff is professional and the fresh fruit at breakfast is a nice touch.

The bathroom in our room was a bit small, but everything else was ok.

Plenty of free parking, close to major highways, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location near restaurants and entertainment facilities.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. the location of the hotel is fantastic, right off of I-64, making it very convenient to access the highway and explore the surrounding area. It's also close to several restaurants, including Cracker Barrel and Panera Bread, which is a plus for grabbing a quick bite.

I do think the hotel could improve on its elevator situation. I noticed that there was only one working elevator in the hotel, and it was quite slow and crowded at times.

Great breakfast prepared by Clinton, very clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, variety of dietary options, indoor swimming pool.

We loved the convenient location close to Monticello and just off the I64 highway. The hotel facilities were great, especially the mini-waffle maker at breakfast. The staff, including Clinton at the front desk and the breakfast staff, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that they were very dog-friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I was impressed. This place is conveniently located right off I-64, which made it easy for me to get around. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities, and mini-bar. The staff made my stay even more comfortable, they were very polite and always ready to assist me with room service. Moreover, the leisure facilities such as the indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and sun loungers were great perks.

I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends whenever they plan to stay here as it was a pleasant experience all the way.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus in Waynesboro. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for my travel needs. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was absolutely out of this world. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. We particularly enjoyed being within walking distance of a popular restaurant. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. They were quick to assist us with any inquiries or issues that arose during our stay.

Our room was not up to par. We noticed debris and broken beads on the floor, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The breakfast options were great and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. Despite the noisy air con, I had a great stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to others.

The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which the kids enjoyed. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very good. The staff, in general, was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, close to many tourist attractions in the Shenandoah area and the Cracker Barrel restaurant. The hotel also offers 24-hour availability of cappuccino and coffee.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and stores, making it very convenient for travelers. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.

We did have some issues with the room temperature. the heater seemed to be too loud and kept turning on and off, which made it a little difficult to sleep.
