I recently stayed at Best Western in Burlington for a business trip. The staff was incredibly cooperative and attentive to my needs. The breakfast options were awesome, and the customer service throughout my stay was top-notch. I was also impressed by the beautiful atrium with a waterfall, which my kids loved. Additionally, the parking was convenient, there were plenty of towels, and the little outlet/USB hub next to the bed was a nice touch. I had a great experience at Best Western and would highly recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised with the delicious breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options to choose from. While there was a small issue with the shower's water pressure, the overall experience at Best Western made up for it. I recommend this hotel.

The restaurant exceeded expectations with good portions at a reasonable price. Nicely situated close to attractions. The pool area is large and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Conveniently located for trips to Burlington, with clean rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. The King Suite was spacious and had a beautiful view of the courtyard. The staff were attentive and welcoming, greeting guests in the cafeteria and lobby. Enjoyed the pool area with tables for dining or hanging out. Great breakfast selection.

Great Value, Great Service, Great Experience!

The mattress was not comfortable and seemed worn out. the shower/tub faucet in the bathroom was outdated and had discoloration that was unappealing.

Our room was comfortable and clean with basic amenities available. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the coffee which was the best we've ever had! We also loved the healthy options available.

The rooms were well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities you would need, including microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was fantastic. The buffet had a wide variety of options, including healthy choices, and the coffee was the best I have ever had. It was a great way to start the day!

We had a great stay here! The location was ideal for us to visit the areas we needed to see. The staff was very helpful and recommended a great Italian restaurant called Sal's that we loved. The room amenities were fantastic, we had everything we needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The indoor and outdoor swimming pool was a big hit. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the sun loungers. The breakfast was tasty and had a great variety, it was the perfect way to start our day.

We recommend this place to everyone looking for a great hotel with superb amenities.

The comfortable beds, affordable price, excellent restaurant, and friendly staff made our stay at Best Western Plus Burlington enjoyable. The room was lovely and the hotel commons and breakfast area were beautiful. The courtyard with a large pool was a highlight and felt like a scene from old Hollywood movies. The convenient sliding glass doors in pool-facing rooms allowed easy access to the pool/courtyard area.

There are lots of eating and shopping areas nearby, and plenty of gas stations too. The rooms have a great view of the pool, with sliding doors that lead directly to the pool area. The basic amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker are all provided in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sliding glass doors added to the convenience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to indulge in.
