I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with private access to a beautiful boardwalk just a short walk away. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our Christmas stay at this inn was a great experience. the inn had a charming atmosphere and the grounds were well-kept. We loved the fact that they offered a delicious breakfast and afternoon tea, which added a special touch to our stay. Additionally, the outdoor pool was a nice amenity to have, and we enjoyed being able to access the beach easily through the walkway provided.

One downside of our stay was that our room was on the upper floor and there was no elevator. This made it a bit challenging for us, especially when carrying our luggage.

We had an amazing stay at the First Colony Inn. It was our honeymoon, and despite the chilly weather, the property and amenities were incredible. We enjoyed playing games in the library and the breakfast was outstanding. The happy hour was a fun addition and the gardens were beautiful. The staff, especially Hannah, were fantastic. We appreciated the extended check-out time and the afternoon cake and wine surprise.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The Inn worked well for our travels. Did not realize how convenient it would be to stay here and visit both Roanoke and Wright location from one place rather than move about. Comfortable rooms, easy beach access, and a delicious breakfast were welcome qualities of the short stay. If heading this way as a tourist, I would recommend planning to use this location as an anchor. The fluffy bed, clean room, beautiful property, and friendly front desk personnel were all added bonuses.

This hotel was a great find. It's situated next to the ocean in the center of OBX, close to so many wonderful attractions. The rooms were kept clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette. The breakfast included fresh veggies from the onsite garden and homemade pastries, which were a delightful touch. Unlike other hotels, they didn't serve breakfast on plastic or paper plates, adding to the overall quality of our stay.

All aspects were exceptional, nothing to improve.

We recently stayed at a charming inn near the beach and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. We loved having a microwave and fridge for convenience. The hot breakfast was delicious, especially the sausage and French toast. The location was central, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Despite a couple of drawbacks like limited breakfast seating and noise from neighboring rooms, our overall stay was fantastic. The friendly and helpful staff made all the difference. We highly recommend this inn for a beach getaway. we had a great time and would definitely return.
