Convenient location with safe surroundings.

I was really disappointed by the noise levels during my stay. The lack of sound insulation meant that I could hear everything from the kitchen and neighboring rooms, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the automated check-in system was frustrating and felt more like a way to cut down on staff than to enhance guest convenience.

I loved waking up in my impeccable room, where the ceiling fan added a touch of comfort. The staff were super friendly, and parking was a breeze. Plus, it's super convenient for exploring the heart of Los Gatos!

The breakfast options catered to various tastes.

The hot water in the shower took forever to get warm, which was frustrating to deal with. Additionally, the musty smell in the room was off-putting and made the space feel uncomfortable. To top it off, the pool wasn’t the cleanest and looked neglected, which was disappointing given the hotel's overall appearance.

Had a lekker brekkie with proper variety each morning, and the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect for wandering around town, just a hop away from nice spots.

The shower water pressure was a bit of a jol. sometimes it decided to drop to a drip for a bit.

Friendly staff! The location is perfect for exploring downtown and the beautiful Los Gatos Creek Trail! The breakfast had a good variety, though offering more options would be nice.

The swimming pool could definitely use some improvement. it felt a bit neglected and wasn't up to expectations.
