Clean rooms and friendly staff

This place was super clean and the staff were really nice! Breakfast was fresh and the dining area was well-kept. Loved that it was dog-friendly, so our pup had a great time too. The room was a bit dark, and the air conditioner was kinda noisy, but it didn’t ruin our trip.

We stayed at Best Western in Ashland for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the spaciousness of our upstairs room with its vaulted ceilings. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were exactly what we expected. The breakfast choices were great, with waffles, bacon, scrambled eggs, and more. a fantastic stay!

As a solo traveler, I loved the convenient location just off the highway and the proximity to downtown. The Renaissance theme added a unique touch to the inn, and the rooms were spacious and modern. The friendly staff was always ready to assist with recommendations. The free breakfast was a treat with a full spread and the option to make your own pancakes or waffles. Additionally, the nearby brewery and winery were fantastic additions to my stay.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel is great, with several restaurants within walking distance in Grants Pass, Rogue River, Medford, and Ashland. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. the hotel is super close to Caldera Brewing, making it convenient for beer lovers.

One minor drawback is that the hotel's doors open to the inside "square," which some guests may find uncomfortable.

The Windsor Inn had everything I needed as a light sleeper. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I felt so welcome during my stay, there was no reason to complain.

Conveniently located with ample off-street parking. Well-maintained property with a lovely garden. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and during breakfast. Spacious and sunny breakfast room with a good variety of choices and hot coffee. Comfortable room with necessary amenities like an ironing board, small fridge, and coffee/tea maker.

Enjoyed a beautiful view of the hills from our clean and soft-bedded room with a fully-stocked bathroom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was fresh with gluten-free options and a pancake machine. A convenient location near downtown and the highway. Highly recommended for any traveler.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the rooms were incredibly spacious and provided the perfect environment for a quiet night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident, from the super comfy king-size bed to the separate dressing area in the bathroom. I was also impressed with the in-room amenities, particularly the tub and the efficient HVAC system. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making me feel valued as a guest. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of hot and cold items, all made with quality ingredients. this hotel provided great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and theaters, making it easy to enjoy the local sights. Additionally, the pool area and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly and hospitable. Breakfast is included, although it may not be a substantial meal.

The hotel had a nice gym and outdoor pool/hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. the breakfast room was spacious and had plenty of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also convenient, just a short drive away from downtown.

One thing I didn't like was that smoking was allowed outside the rooms. the smell of smoke carried into the surrounding areas, making it unpleasant for non-smokers like me.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western in Ashland. The suite I stayed in was like a cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed.
