The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the staff was amazing. During my stay, the staff went above and beyond, offering a walk-through of the ballroom for a family event, which was greatly appreciated. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food served was amazing. the staff even accommodated special requests, making me feel comfortable and valued.

Parking was a bit frustrating due to city regulations, and valet parking was not available during the night, making it inconvenient for early departures. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dirty and sticky floors, as well as unclean tabletops.

We had a perfect stay - hotel facilities, parking, and staff were top-notch. the convenient location right in downtown next to the church we attended made our trip a breeze. the breakfast was fantastic.

Convenient parking in a nearby public garage was a plus.
