Fun decor and spacious rooms

This place had a super fun vibe, great for families and couples! Rooms were huge, and the rooftop deck was a nice hangout spot. Loved the welcome basket with snacks and free coffee in the mornings. breakfast was a letdown; we showed up at 8 am and found no one there at all, which was annoying with hungry kids.

Big Cypress Lodge always exceeds my expectations. The staff's currency advice was helpful. It suits me perfectly – Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, pet-friendly, and no smoking. It's my go-to for trips with its amenities, like board games, archery, in-room breakfast, and massage.

We had a fantastic stay at Big Cypress Lodge in Memphis for our anniversary. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the shower was amazing. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning indoor balcony overlooking the Mississippi River. We even received a thoughtful birthday card and champagne flutes upon arrival. an amazing trip with top-notch accommodations.

I chose this hotel for a conference, and it provided access to the 24-hour fitness center, complimentary Sky High Ride tickets, shuttle service, wifi. The facilities were utilized efficiently, enhancing the overall experience.

The one service I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated meeting room for conference calls or meetings.

The Big Cypress Lodge in Downtown Memphis was a delightful experience. The room with a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking Bass Pro Shops was a highlight. The privacy from the store was impressive, ensuring a peaceful stay despite the store's hustle and bustle. The luxury bathroom with a jetted tub added a touch of opulence to the whole experience.

One minor inconvenience was the entrance shared with the store, causing increased foot traffic and making valet and parking slightly tricky. the cosmetic fireplace, listed as a major feature, was a letdown.

We recently stayed at this amazing lodge in Memphis for a few nights and had a wonderful time. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay, from the thoughtful turn down service with cookies and rubber ducks for the kids, to the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. We had a balcony room overlooking the store, which was a nice touch. Despite being on Thanksgiving and the following Black Friday, there was no noise disturbance. The shower was fantastic, and we loved the piano bar on the third floor with its cozy seating, fireplace, and games for the kids. We can't wait to come back!

The rooms were absolutely stunning! We stayed in an interior double Queen room and it was incredible. the jacuzzi was a fantastic addition and the little rubber ducks with an educational welcome card for my kids were a hit. the location of the hotel was also great - close to downtown and a short drive to famous Beale Street. Plus, the hotel shuttle was a convenient option for getting around.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the restaurant staff was not very pleasant, which put a damper on our dining experience.

Our stay at Big Cypress was like a mini family vacation with a touch of adventure. The marine manufacturing display provided a thrilling experience, especially for the kids. The third floor lobby turned into our private family movie night, making it unforgettable. The surrounding historic street with live music and regional food specialties added to the vibrant atmosphere.

My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would be a great addition for families with children.
