Wow, the lagoon view from our room was stunning! Brekkie at the buffet was lekker with fresh tacos every morning. The sunset mixology was a jol too, especially with Giovanni mixing up magic drinks for us!

Just a bit noisy with the music at the pool – could've had a more chill vibe, you know?

The beach area is stunning and well-maintained.

We faced significant delays at check-in, waiting over an hour to get our room. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in making the process easier for us, which was frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, my daughter's birthday experience was ruined when we were incorrectly charged at one of the restaurants, leaving us feeling disappointed and underappreciated as guests.

I recently stayed at Paradisus Cancun All Inclusive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pools were large and inviting. The beach area, despite some seaweed issues, had daily cleaning efforts and was enjoyable. I also loved the variety of activities available for families, making it a great vacation for everyone. The service at the restaurants was exceptional, especially during dinner. I had no trouble with reservations. they were easy to secure.

All was flawless.

A magical place with exceptional cleanliness and peaceful ambiance. The buffet at Malva was impressive, featuring fresh and delicious options, including whole wheat bread rolls. The spa experience was top-notch, and the staff, especially Nicole and Jennifer by the cabana area, made the stay truly enjoyable. However, disorganization during check-in was frustrating, requiring multiple moves between front desks. Additionally, inadequate pool towel availability overshadowed some of the positive aspects, leading to a stressful experience when it should have been relaxing.

We had an unforgettable experience with our butler who surprised us with a romantic room setup complete with rose petals and champagne right when we arrived. The staff was memorable too, especially the pool server who knew our drink orders by heart and brought them to us without even asking.

Definitely not cheap but totally worth it for the experience.

we stayed in a beautiful lagoon view junior suite with a well-stocked mini fridge and enjoyed delicious cocktails by the pools. the staff was exceptional, treating us like friends and even assisting with our tours and shuttle arrangements. 😊🍹
