I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and shopping malls just minutes away. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always saying hello or good morning. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the non-alcoholic service by the pool was excellent.

Our stay at Paradisus was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the turn down service was always prompt. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options nearby. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, although it did get busy sometimes. The resort truly caters to the whole family, without feeling too kid-friendly. We also highly recommend the YHI Spa for a truly relaxing experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beach was stunning, with a huge area dedicated to the hotel and neighboring hotels in close proximity but not too close. The pools were phenomenal, with plenty of space between chairs and a large area that never felt crowded, even when all the seats were taken. The in-pool bar was convenient and offered great drinks. The buffet was hit and miss, but never bad, with a massive selection that seemed better on the first day. The a la carte restaurants were under expectation, except for the Mexican restaurant and the Grill Market, which were very good. There was also a great little restaurant by the pool that offered delicious snacks all day, including amazing fries and spring rolls. The rooms were amazing, with comfy beds and clean accommodations. The staff were all excellent, with tipping being optional and not affecting the quality of service.

Gorgeous architecture, standout staff, especially Gaudencio at Naos restaurant. Beach and breakfast are brilliant with hardworking beach staff. All-inclusive's quality is excellent, especially the booked restaurants. Open air plan is interesting and pleasant. Great food and poolside help, super friendly and welcoming staff. Varied breakfast and proper drinks.

Spacious pools. Delicious cuisine variety from all over the world, including fusion dishes. Attentive and friendly staff, except for one person. Beautiful lobby area and efficient check-in process with complimentary drinks. Family-friendly activities and inclusive amenities, including premium drinks.

The hotel interior, service, location, food - amazing. Ocean view room with balcony. Blue Agave restaurant service was great. Pool was awesome.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The value for money was great and the room was fantastic - comfy beds and a beautiful sunset view from our balcony every night. The location was perfect, with stunning views, a spacious pool, and a beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially the team at the pool, beach, and restaurant. They really made us feel like we were living in a dream.

The food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.
