We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received at the hotel. When we arrived with our baby, the bellstand made sure we were checked in quickly. The front desk even gave our baby a cute stuffed animal, and the crib was already set up in our room. The staff members went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One of them even ran after us to lend us an umbrella when we left for the day. It was these thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.

During my Christmas stay, two of the best aspects of the hotel were the luxurious and elegant rooms and the first-class service from the staff. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and had great city views. The service from the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, as it was conveniently located for exploring the city.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the limited bar facilities. It would have been nice to have more options for drinks and socializing within the hotel. while the hotel offered great rooms and service, the limited bar facilities were a letdown.

Located in a charming bay area, close to numerous outlets and with easy access to all tourist sites. The service is impeccable, with staff doing everything they can to make guests feel comfortable. The room is clean with a charming view of the harbor. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast is top-notch with a wide range of high-quality food.

The sleep quality is not exceptional due to noise from nearby transportation.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room I stayed in was luxurious and had breathtaking views of the harbor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location right on the harbor made it easy to access downtown and explore different neighborhoods like the North End or Back Bay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff were always attentive and helpful.

All was good. The only downside was that on cold and foggy days, the view from the hotel didn't have the same impact.

This venue is a luxury hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, their welcoming staff made me feel like royalty. The hotel provides a great range of spa services, all catered to suit my personal needs in a luxurious atmosphere. The room was well appointed and offered exclusive advantages that satisfied my every demand. The restaurant provided amazing cuisine that catered to my special dietary needs. I loved the private facilities here, which provided me with moments of relaxation like no other hotel has ever done before.

Despite the fact that everything about this hotel was perfect, there was one minor issue that I had encountered. The venue offers a public terrace that is amazing to behold; however, it can get a bit crowded during peak hours which made it difficult to find a spot. Overall though, this hotel is a magnificent sanctuary of relaxation, luxury and indulgence that lives up to its reputation of being one of the top hotels in the world.
