Efficient and friendly staff. Mix-up with room initially, but handled well. Beautiful waterfront location with direct link to airport. Rooms were lovely, especially the corner double room with stunning views. Fast check-in, helpful staff, and secure premises. Recommended as first choice in Boston.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received at the hotel. When we arrived with our baby, the bellstand made sure we were checked in quickly. The front desk even gave our baby a cute stuffed animal, and the crib was already set up in our room. The staff members went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One of them even ran after us to lend us an umbrella when we left for the day. It was these thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and a perfect waterfront location. The room I stayed in had an excellent view of the harbor and was clean and spacious. The hotel provided outstanding service, with well-trained staff who anticipated my needs. The concierge service went above and beyond, and I felt like royalty throughout my stay. The Sea Grill restaurant at the hotel was also excellent, offering quality service in line with the overall experience. I had a wonderful time enjoying the water and easily accessing the city's attractions.

During my Christmas stay, two of the best aspects of the hotel were the luxurious and elegant rooms and the first-class service from the staff. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and had great city views. The service from the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping staff was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, as it was conveniently located for exploring the city.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the limited bar facilities. It would have been nice to have more options for drinks and socializing within the hotel.

Located in a charming bay area, close to numerous outlets and with easy access to all tourist sites. The service is impeccable, with staff doing everything they can to make guests feel comfortable. The room is clean with a charming view of the harbor. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with all necessary facilities. The breakfast is top-notch with a wide range of high-quality food.

The sleep quality is not exceptional due to noise from nearby transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at a waterfront hotel in this city. The hotel was incredibly clean and had excellent facilities. The staff, including the concierge, front desk, bell desk, and gift shop, were all friendly. They answered all my questions, looked up directions, and even provided information about local colleges. The hotel had a beautiful view of the harbor and was located in a perfect spot that allowed me to enjoy the water while still being able to easily get around this city.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from upgrading our room to providing thoughtful extras like chocolate covered strawberries. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the North Side district and the option to take a water taxi downtown. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and renovated bathroom.

No coffee facilities in the rooms. It would have been nice to have the option to make our own tea or coffee in the morning.

The location right on the harbor made it easy to access downtown and explore different neighborhoods like the North End or Back Bay. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, and the staff were always attentive and helpful.

All was good. The only downside was that on cold and foggy days, the view from the hotel didn't have the same impact.
