I had a nice stay! The room was super comfy and quiet. The staff were really friendly. One of the front desk folks even shared some cool dinner spots nearby, which was a big help! The restaurant had great vegan options, but I wish they'd offer more choices at breakfast. Would've loved a bit more variety.

I stayed for a family trip to explore the nearby attractions, including Chinatown and the Exploratorium. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. They went out of their way to provide complimentary snacks and water in the room after our excursions, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The location worked out well as it was quite safe and made it easy to walk to various tourist spots.

absolutely not worth the hype. the strange smell in my room was delightful, just like the hair in the bathtub. I asked for an extra bed for my daughter’s birthday, and guess what? it took forever to recive! I almost considered praising them, but honestly, why would I for such subpar service?

However, I did feel a tad dramatic during the fire alarm drill—14 flights of stairs, darling, quite the workout! And let’s not even discuss the parking fees. my wallet is still recovering.
