Beautifully updated hotel with modern amenities and a stylish lobby and reception area.

The check-in process was problematic as the hotel did not have my reservation, causing delays and inconvenience for my pre-booked activities.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and efficient valet service made our experience quite enjoyable. Plus, the location in a bustling commercial district made it easy for us to get to local businesses.

The price was comparable to others in the area. The hotel had a modern and upscale design. The lobby had a glass entrance and marble floors. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel had everything needed onsite.

They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room itself was luxurious and beautifully appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I haven't had such a good night's sleep in years of business travel. I was so impressed that I have decided to make Renaissance my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the OC area. The level of service and quality of the amenities were outstanding.

The breakfast service was outstanding! When we arrived late, they still brought us muffins in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The renovated rooms were well-equipped with Aveda products, Keurig machines, and free WiFi. Despite inconveniently high parking and meal charges, the overall experience was refreshing and inviting. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a recently renovated model hotel with all amenities. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms were impressive. The onsite Hertz rental made transportation a breeze. The pool area was great, with excellent cocktail service. Free wifi was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient for us - really easy to get on the freeway, head down to the Balboa Resort, or even just go out for some food and drinks. The hotel was until recently a Fairmont property but is now in the Marriott family. The service was excellent, with the staff being quite good even though the place was under remodel. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-lit. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.

I recently stayed at Renaissance in Newport Beach for a three-night getaway. The hotel was impressively clean, and my room had a stylish entrance with a tiled floor and a luxurious bathroom. I loved the convenience of having a coffee maker in the room, and they offered a fantastic selection of their own signature teas. The location was excellent, just a quick 5-minute Uber ride from the airport. Even though I arrived early, they were able to accommodate me with a room at 10 am, well before the standard check-in time. The hot tub and gym facilities were impressive, and it was a pleasant surprise to find complimentary coffee available until 8 am. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were luxurious and well, designed. the staff was well, trained and polite. the location was convenient, close to the beach, mall, and attractions. the gym was large and well, equipped. the pool area was nice and there was a snack service available.

The parking situation was a disappointment. Valet parking was the only option and it was quite expensive.
