From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, really setting the tone for my stay. My King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious, impeccably clean, and the mattress was just right, making it hard to get up in the mornings! I also loved the festive Halloween decor in the lobby, which added a cozy touch that made my time there even more enjoyable.

However, the air conditioning in the room wasn't positioned well, resulting in subpar airflow, which left the room feeling a bit warm. On top of that, the Wi-Fi struggled at crucial moments, which is frustrating during work calls. The hotel felt average overall, lacking a bit of that Courtyard flair, and it might be time for some updates to improve the overall experience.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was surprisingly spacious and super comfy. The bed was just right for a good night's sleep after a long day. I loved how clean everything was! Had a cute Halloween theme vibe in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the AC could’ve been better placed for airflow. it got a bit warm sometimes.

The front desk gals were super nice and made check-in a breeze. I enjoyed the burgers at the Bistro—seriously, they were so good! The only thing was the shower took a bit to warm up, but it wasn't a total dealbreaker. Loved the outdoor space for chilling out after a long day.

This was a great choice for a quick break in Brownsville with fantastic value. The front desk staff was super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay easy and enjoyable. Make sure to ask for extra towels if you need them. they were more than happy to provide.
