We had a fantastic time at Nyx. The activities guy at the poolside and beach truly made our stay unforgettable. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. On our last day, the bellboy arranged a luxurious taxi for us. we highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing - from the beginning, we felt welcomed and cared for! They brought our bags right up to our room and our room was immaculate. The balcony was lovely, with a stunning view of the lagoon and the city around us. The little details made the difference, and we could tell they put love into everything they did for us. The breakfast in the morning was spectacular as well - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had and there is SO much to choose from! The private beach in the back was paradise! There is a little bar by the pool that makes piña coladas in a real pineapple and it only cost 200 pesos and it was AMAZING.

Would recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The master room was spacious with mesmerizing sea views, offering great value for money. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast buffet had an excellent range of choices, and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a clean beach just a short walk away, as well as shopping malls, restaurants, and bars nearby.

A lovely smaller hotel with two pools and a beautiful beach. Perfect for families with older children who can enjoy the organized water sports in the infinity pool. The breakfast spread was ample, with a chef to cook eggs just the way you like. The restaurant near the beach served delicious food. Our room was always clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A relaxing two weeks well spent.

I stayed at Hotel Nyx for a week on my engagement trip. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and a shopping mall nearby. The hotel lobby is beautiful and smells amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning ocean view. The staff, especially Andrea and Amalia, provided exceptional service. The all-inclusive package included delicious food and drinks, and the on-site restaurants, especially Umami, were outstanding. The hotel also offered free photoshoots and a variety of activities and entertainment options. I can't wait to come back or try other Hotel Nyx branches!

We loved the location and beach! Our room did not have a window, but the hotel manager was sympathetic and gave a discount. Despite some noise, we had a great stay at Nyx! I’d recommend this hotel.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which made it feel modern and updated. The beach was nice, although a bit crowded. They provided beach towels, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city and attractions. The price of the hotel was also affordable, making it a good value option.

During my stay, there were a few inconveniences. Due to the refurbishment, I was allocated a room on the 5th floor without an elevator, which was a bit of a hassle.

Located near a popular mall, offered affordable bottled water at the nearby pharmacy, had henna tattoos available, and a variety of souvenirs to purchase. Highly recommended getting an oceanfront room to avoid noise and enjoy the view. The wait staff on the beach were delightful and served delicious fish tacos. The athletic directors were friendly and offered a wide range of enjoyable activities throughout the day. The beach huts provided shade and were preferable to beach umbrellas.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short bus ride away from the center of Cancun. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and I loved the view from the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The food at the hotel exceeded my expectations, with a delicious breakfast buffet and diverse dinner options with different themes each night. The beach access was great, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I had a pleasant stay at Nyx and would recommend it to others.

The all-inclusive package provided excellent value for money, with delicious food and drinks. The hotel's WiFi connection was strong and accessible throughout, even on the beach. The modern, clean rooms featured lovely balconies. I will definitely return on future trips to the area!

Amazing Thanksgiving stay with family! Delicious buffet, friendly staff, and perfect location close to attractions and transportation. We enjoyed a complimentary drink upon arrival, and daily breakfast was included. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the beach was clean and well-maintained.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable and the front desk staff was rude at times. We also had difficulty with the hot water in our room, and the noise level from neighboring rooms was a bit high.
