Major improvements needed in customer service processes!!! It's ludicrous to only provide one bottle of water per guest for extended stays!!! Address those non-refurbished rooms existing within the hotel!!! Better transparency in bookings required!!!

Consider asking for a room away from the pool area to minimize noise, especially during busy morning hours when staff are preparing.

Make sure to ask for hot drinks at breakfast. multiple requests may not be well-received, but it's a nice treat you deserve on vacation.

nyx is very close to the beach, and the breakfast buffet was lavish with excellent options. the room was nice, and i really enjoyed the delicate massage that reduced my stress at the spa. the main pool had a great vibe, especially with the beautiful views and separate kids' pool.

This place felt like a home away from home with the warm hospitality making our 10-night stay so special, as many familiar faces greeted us with big hugs. I really enjoyed unwinding at the outdoor swimming pool and indulging in a relaxing body scrub at the wellness center. The only downside was some confusion about the availability of certain amenities, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. definitely check out the amazing food options! 🌟

My stay in the Sunset Suite was unforgettable! The beachfront location and the amazing pool simply stole my heart. I loved the live entertainment by the pool, it added a vibrant touch to my getaway!

Good vibes & tasty food!

Had a nice 5-night stay. The food was surprisingly great. the buffet dinner was my fave! The bartenders were super chill and made the best cocktails. Just wish the service was a bit more welcoming at times. Also, the seating around the pool was limited but not a biggie since it was chill during the day.

Friendly staff, exceptional beach, vibrant evening shows – a fantastic destination for relaxation.

Comfortable room, delightful balcony, with a stunning view of the beach and a well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, ensuring relaxation and easy access to activities along the shore.

We loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoyed a soothing full body massage that really melted our stress away. The only downside was that the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but honestly, we still found plenty to enjoy! Make sure to try their cocktails at the beach bar. they were a highlight! 🍹
