My stay at Chalet Inn was wonderful! I spent a relaxing weekend in Gatlinburg and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The newly renovated chalet was immaculately clean and had a nice sized balcony with stunning views of the city and mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I enjoyed soaking in the big hot tub. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main strip, making it super convenient. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

As a tourist, we loved the stunning views of the Smokey Mountains and the downtown area from our balcony. It felt like we were in a secluded getaway, which was perfect for us as newlyweds. The staff provided excellent service by promptly fixing our cable TV issue within 10 minutes. We also enjoyed spotting bears in the vicinity, but made sure to maintain a safe distance. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easily accessible. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was friendly and professional. The renovated room was spacious and well-designed, with separate shower and toilet facilities. The hotel's quiet location was a welcome surprise, despite its proximity to the vibrant attractions of the area.

I loved the stunning view from the balcony of the mountains, downtown area, and the Needle. It felt like we were in our own little world, which was exactly what we wanted as newlyweds. the comfortable bed and clean sheets made for a pleasant night's sleep.

The outside light on the balcony was extremely bright at night, taking away from the beautiful view. Although we mentioned it to the staff, we still couldn't understand why there needed to be a light in the first place.

We also appreciated the nearby BBQ and Pizzeria, as well as the convenience of a store and pub. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and freshness of the room. The view was absolutely stunning, and we even had the chance to see a bear right outside! The bed, although initially appearing firm, turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. Despite the minor inconvenience of a stained towel and slightly dirty pillowcases, we were overall satisfied with our stay at Chalet Inn. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The room had a fantastic view at night and we got upgraded to a very nice suite. The check-in clerk was very nice and accommodated our request to move to a different room. The free parking at sister hotels on the main strip was convenient for us. Despite a few minor issues, we had a pleasant stay overall.

I stayed at this hotel in December and the heated bathroom floors were absolutely amazing! It made me feel cozy and warm, especially with the fireplace in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the balcony had a great view of the main street. The location was perfect and I will definitely stay here again.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a charming vintage bathroom. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to town but away from the noise. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay at the inn.

I absolutely loved my one-night stay at this hidden gem on the hillside. The old retro feel of the room was right up my alley and gave it a unique charm. The high ceiling room with a cozy fireplace and real firewood added to the cozy atmosphere. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking downtown and the surrounding mountains. The location was perfect, just a minute away from town whether you choose to walk or drive. it was a great value for the stunning view, unique room, and convenient location.
