My family and I recently stayed at the Calypso Resort and had a wonderful experience. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful, and the short walk to pier park was a bonus. We were impressed with the spaciousness of our room, which comfortably accommodated my wife, our 25-year-old son, and myself. The highlight of our stay was the spectacular beach view from our room. The air conditioning worked great and the bathrooms were clean. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient location of the resort, as everything we needed was close by.

the cleanliness of the condo could have been better, with the need for a more detailed cleaning and the replacement of some pieces of furniture. The mattress sagged in the middle, and the upholstered chair in the living room was worn out.

Nice decor. Rooms are great, but bunk beds not suitable for seniors. Well-equipped kitchen. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom. Convenient location for walking to Pier Park. Could use some updating , but overall a pleasant stay. Security presence appreciated.

The location of this hotel was fantastic for my work and allowed me to easily access nearby restaurants with my wife. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we loved the view of the water from the living area/kitchen as well as the balcony. The hotel's proximity to the beach and Pier Park made it a perfect spot for walking and exploring. Additionally, having security around provided an added sense of safety for all guests.
