The beautiful lobby, tidy pool area, large rooms with great facilities. Nibbles and drinks in the evening, delightful small plates. Excellent beachfront location. Fantastic staff, went above and beyond.

Staying at this hotel was a good decision for those who want to enjoy a variety of activities. The sidewalk that goes all along the beach is perfect for bike rides or walks. The area has plenty of restaurants and it's only a short distance to Los Angeles. The rooms are well-appointed, with a lovely view of the ocean. The bathroom was spacious and elegant. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also a good experience with a lot of options available.

The gym is quite small.

Best aspects of our stay were the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. the location was also great, with easy access to shopping, cafes, and the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk to these attractions and explore the area.

Worst aspect was the inconsistent hot water in the shower. Despite maintenance attempts to fix it, we continued to have issues.

The complimentary bike ride was a fun addition. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and stunning views.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the beach and pier. We couldn't get enough of watching the waves crashing against the shore. The cozy bed was like being embraced by a cloud, providing the perfect setting for a romantic escape. Plus, the room service was absolutely delicious, especially the bacon. It was the best I've ever tasted!

Our stay was marred by several disappointing aspects. Firstly, the management and communication at the hotel were horrendous.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Del Mar. the view of the pier was amazing, and the location right on the beach was perfect. the staff was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations and being accommodating to our requests. We felt safe with the security in the area, even when we were out late at night. the live music in the evenings added to the overall great vibe of the place. We especially loved the Terazza Lounge, where we enjoyed delicious breakfast, lunch, and cocktails.

The location by the pier was convenient. The hydrotherapy tub was a nice post-walking treat. The hotel's beauty and picturesque views were stunning. The food matched nearby restaurant prices and was pretty good. The staff was friendly and professional.

I was so grateful to have the helpful assistance of Lauren when my original accommodation fell through. She graciously helped me find a lovely room with a breathtaking view of the beach and pier. The room itself was tastefully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable, like being wrapped in a cocoon of pillows and blankets. The room service was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the deep, jetted bathtub. The view from the bar was amazing and the lamb and octopus at Catch restaurant were a highlight. my stay at this hotel was top-notch and I will definitely return.

Staff upgraded room to corner suite with ocean view. Room was spacious, but lower floor limited view. Some curtains closed due to empty lot next door. Beautiful California beach-style décor.

For the price we paid, the value was outstanding. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff, especially Woody at the front desk, treated us like genuine new friends with his positive vibe.
