The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to a few local vineyards and the beautiful surrounding area. The public areas of the hotel, from the lovely grounds to the little store they have, were well maintained and inviting. The rooms were pristine and cozy, with comfortable beds and stunning views from the cottages.

There were some issues with the staff and service.

Stunning property with ultimate get away vibes

I recently stayed at Carneros Resort And Spa for a girls weekend and it exceeded all our expectations. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the cottages to the hilltop pool with breathtaking views. There was so much to do on the property, from the gym to the pool to the spa. The cottages were spacious and had plenty of sitting space, both inside and outside. We loved the privacy and the personal hot tubs on the cottage decks were a fantastic addition. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the on-site restaurants was outstanding, and each meal was a culinary delight. Carneros Resort And Spa provided the perfect balance of luxury, privacy, and relaxation. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided an amazing luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness center and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. the heated swimming pool was particularly enjoyable in the chilly weather. the location of the hotel was serene and quiet with a beautiful garden area. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind with a drink. We also appreciated the treatment room for massages and other beauty treatments.

We had an awesome time at this beautiful property! The food and wine were incredible, and they even gave us car service whenever we needed it. As youngsters, we loved the adult-only swimming pool, which was the best we've experienced in the area. The rooms were spectacular and the grounds were absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like an enchanting getaway outside of San Francisco. We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and the helpful staff. the hotel's location was also ideal for exploring the area. the room design was lovely and the amenities were comfortable.

the location was too far from some of the desirable vineyards in the region.

Loved the Harvest cottages with outdoor tub, shower, and fire pit. The pool area had beautiful views and great service. Both restaurants offered delicious food and a great dining experience. Can't wait to return.

The bungalows at Carneros Resort And Spa were absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite with all the amenities we could ask for. The living/dining area, kitchen, and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Our cottage was also surprisingly quiet, despite being near the main entrance.

The view, room, and gardens were stunning. Sun loungers and SPF at the pool were a nice touch. Bikes available to explore nearby vineyards. Car service provided upon request.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful grounds and vineyards, providing a serene and picturesque setting. Amazing in every aspect!

I was a bit hesitant to book at first due to some negative reviews, but my stay at Carneros Resort And Spa was absolutely fantastic! The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lovely vegetation all around. The casitas are cozy and comfortable, and the outdoor area is simply amazing. I read a complaint about the outdoor area not being green enough, but I found it to be perfectly charming with a deck and patio surrounded by lovely bushes. The staff at the resort are incredibly kind and always ready to help. The restaurants are outstanding, and the spa is a wonderful place to relax. I had the best therapist, Susan, and Angelina at Hilltop provided prompt and down-to-earth service. The bartenders at Farm are fun, and the waitstaff are professional and kind. The location is also great, with a quick 10-minute drive into downtown Napa. I truly enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel.
