This hotel is a hidden gem! Great value for money with spacious, clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Bahai gardens on the hill and close to many restaurants and shops. Plus, the water and candy provided as welcome gifts were a lovely touch! I also appreciated the clear information provided about transport options.

We stayed in downtown, with a great location for seeing the city on New Year's. the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good. We enjoyed the free parking and Wi-Fi was included, which was a nice bonus.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the port. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to meet our requests. The buffet breakfast was beyond comparison and the cook's skills were impressive. The location was perfect, close to the German Colony and with a splendid view of the Baha'i Gardens. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Great value for money in a superb location. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. the hotel is situated in a quiet area, but just around the corner, you'll find a beautifully lit main street with lovely restaurants leading up to a spectacular attraction. the staff was helpful and provided a list of discounted restaurants for hotel guests. the modern lobby and delicious breakfast were also enjoyable.

The room window was tiny, and we missed out on a potentially amazing view. the room lacked certain amenities like a desk, chair, robe, slippers, and a hairdryer.
