Fantastic base for exploring downtown Boston and its attractions

The hotel serves as an amazing starting point for city strolls with the Old State House just about 900 meters away, the Paul Revere House around 1 kilometer away, and the lively TD Banknorth Garden only about 100 meters away, making landmarks so easily accessible that I enjoyed wandering around to discover Boston's rich history and vibrant atmosphere; plus, the modern vibe and great breakfast added a comfortable touch to my stay, but the staff's responsiveness could use some improvement.

Fantastic location for the hockey game, right next to TD Garden. The big windows offered a great view, and the rooftop lounge was a fun spot to unwind. The staff was genuinely friendly and super helpful. the room was extremely small, with a bathroom layout that felt cramped—privacy was nearly nonexistent. The tech features were cool, but the iPad controls weren't exactly intuitive. Ideal for a quick stay, but I wouldn't want to linger in such tight quarters. Would I return? Maybe, but only for one night.

The room had a super modern vibe, with everything controlled by an iPad, which was slick but also a little disorienting. Temperature control was easy, though the noise from large fans next door was disruptive, requiring earplugs for a decent night's sleep. The view from my window was just the theater’s roof. The shower layout was unique but functional. Access to nearby subway and supermarkets was a significant plus for convenience, making getting around effortless.

The staff treats you like royalty. The room has everything you need for a cozy night in with your partner.

It was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

Remember, this is a “micro hotel”; it lacks traditional amenities like coffee pots or a proper closet. Wi-Fi issues and limited restaurant options were frustrating. The self-check-in process was efficient, but tablet functionality was unreliable. If you’re attending an event, this is a solid choice. Just don’t expect to spread out or have extensive room service. Perfect for short stays, not longer ones.

I couldn't believe how hard it was to find the reception on level 4; there was zero signage! It felt like I was wandering aimlessly in a maze. Seriously, a map or clearer directions would’ve saved me a ton of frustration!
