We absolutely loved staying at Windsor Court! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. the hotel itself has a beautiful, old European feel with ivy-covered walls that make you feel like you're in a charming village. the valets, concierge, and check-in staff were all exceptional, ensuring that our experience was perfect. the rooms were exactly what we had paid for, and we couldn't have been happier with them. the food, spa, gym, and services were all wonderful, and we particularly enjoyed the exquisite flower arrangements in the lobby. the location was also great, within walking distance of the French Quarter, the river, and the trolley.

The location was ideal, with a fantastic French restaurant just across the street and other places easily accessible by taxi. The staff treated us with utmost professionalism and efficiency, going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

The restaurant was very elegant, and the pool area and fitness center were enjoyable. It was one of the most pleasant stays I have had, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay in this city.

Our recent stay was fantastic! the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a friendly and helpful staff. Check, in was a breeze, and the amenities were impressive. We loved the elegant common areas, especially the lounge where we enjoyed pre, dinner cocktails. the restaurant was top, notch, and our room had stunning views. the pool area was nice, and the fitness center had everything we needed. it was one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in our annual circuit. We highly recommend it!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were delicious and served in a pleasant space.
