The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, making my father's 80th birthday celebration unforgettable. The room was cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The communal area had a breathtaking view, and the gym was a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay at their other locations!

The breakfast at citizenM was delightful, offering a nice selection with complimentary coffee. The lobby had a cozy living room vibe perfect for relaxing with bar snacks and drinks. The trendy hotel's location next to North Station was convenient for exploring, though the room's reliance on an iPad for controls caused minor technical issues. The friendly staff, gym access, and vibrant atmosphere added to the overall pleasant experience, despite minor inconveniences like the bathroom door not closing properly and occasional AC issues. The key card elevator access hiccup was easily manageable, and the hotel's upbeat theme, clean spaces, and good food and cocktails contributed to a great stay.

They gladly provided extra pillows and even offered to keep our luggage after check, out. The hotel's soundproof rooms and blackout blinds ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite nearby sporting events. The convenient location, right next to a subway station, made exploring the city a breeze.

The use of the iPad to control the lights, blinds, curtains, and TV was a cool feature that added convenience. there were some areas that could have been improved upon. One particular issue was with the air conditioning system. Despite setting the temperature to 64 degrees on the iPad, the room remained uncomfortably warm, with the front desk confirming it was 79 degrees inside. This issue occurred more than once during my stay, leading to some discomfort. I was disappointed to find that there were no bottled water available in the rooms, and the price for them seemed quite high. Having complimentary water would have been a nice touch. the location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The use of the iPad for room control was a unique and innovative feature that I appreciated. the issues with air conditioning and lack of complimentary water were aspects that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Our family had an incredible time at the live music venue, Big Night Entertainment Live, with its cozy seating and VIP service. The New England Aquarium was a hit too, offering a fascinating underwater world adventure for the kids.

My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more kid-friendly amenities.

Omg, the view from the room 😍 felt like a postcard! the breakfast 🍳 buffet was yum, so many options! room was a bit small, but super cozy. Staff 👫‍👫‍👫‍👫 was lovely and helpful. The one downside: limited bar menu 🍹.

The stunning city views from the wall-to-wall windows at CitizenM made up for any minor inconveniences. We hit up a huge music venue where we danced the night away with awesome banquette seating and table service. Then, we checked out the aquarium which was super cool - we even got to pet some stingrays! our vacay was lit!

Absolutely loved the chic vibe and prime location of this place – close to everywhere you'd wanna be in Boston, with stunning views from the lobby balcony. The breakfast was delish and the bar menu top-notch. The leisure opportunities are stellar with a spacious lobby and cool living rooms for kicking back, but let me tell ya, the whole smart room thing was a tad annoying with the iPad controlling everything; I just wanna flick a light switch like the good ol' days! 🏨

Staff went above and beyond, helping my husband after a seizure in the streets; they got him a wheelchair and made sure he made it back to the hotel safely. The immaculate rooms with stunning views and high-tech iPad controls for lights and blinds were amazing. The location near TD Gardens and North Station made sightseeing easy, but rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, compact and efficient yet comfortable enough. 🌟

My stay at Citizenm was fantastic. the in-room technology integration was impressive, offering amazing skyline views. the modern and spacious lobby and rooms made for a comfortable stay. the location next to North Station was perfect for exploring various neighborhoods and historical sights within walking distance. the bed was very comfortable, and the innovative in-room iPad control for lights and entertainment added a unique touch. the trendy tech vibe and the convenient amenities like the refillable shower soap and room for steaming clothing truly enhanced the experience.

No shower soap provided, only AM and PM shampoo, possibly doubling as body wash. No glasses available for shower use.

Had a cozy stay close to TD Garden. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. LOVED the view of the downtown from my room. Would stay again! Photos didn't do justice to the beautiful Boston skyline view.
