The room was spacious with a full kitchen, perfect for families. The elevator is painfully slow and small for the number of guests. Very close to excellent fishing spots and golf courses nearby.

The staff were friendly, and the location offered a nice riverwalk, but the resort feel was misleading—more like a regular hotel. Disappointed by the tiny beach, uncomfortable beds, and cleanliness issues. The room had a few perks, like a full kitchen, but bugs and poor water pressure dampened the experience. Frustration over faulty room keys and inadequate housekeeping added to the stress. A highlight was the washer/dryer, which saved my vacation laundry, and while the food was decent, it could have been better presented. A mixed bag, with some bright spots overshadowed by several letdowns.

Great pool area and bar with delicious food. Convenient location near the airport and Clearwater beach. Friendly staff. Fitness center and lounge area by the dock are nice touches.

I stayed on the fourth floor and oh man, that elevator was painfully slow! With only one option, I ended up hiking up four flights of stairs daily. It was exhausting and totally not what I expected!

We encountered disrepair within our unit—old caulk, stains, and even mold. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned stressful. While the setting is lovely, it’s not enough to outweigh the service deficiencies.
