Amazing beach access with countless attractions nearby!

I had a fantastic time enjoying easy access to the beautiful beach right next door and stunning views of the gulf and the bay from my spacious room balcony, plus it’s just a short stroll away from incredible dining options like Las Olas Restaurant Grill & Bar, which is only about a 5-minute walk, and other fun spots like Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort that’s just under a kilometer away; the friendly staff and great amenities like the clean pool area and fully equipped gym made my stay even more enjoyable, but there were a few minor issues with my room that I believe could use a little more attention.

Let’s be clear: “resort” is a misnomer here. The location is convenient, and the pools and outdoor areas shine, but that’s where the positives end. The room? A disaster. Musky smell masked by cheap air freshener. Dead insects in the sheets—yes, in between them—and moldy shower curtains. Staff, though, are commendable. They handled our room changes with grace. Unfortunately, the pool water was dirty, and we faced constant maintenance issues. The absence of basic amenities like a working toilet and microwave was frustrating. This place needs serious upgrades. The charm of a beach getaway is lost amidst poor cleanliness and obvious neglect. Save your money unless you truly don’t mind the discomfort.

The hotel has a great location right by the beach and has a nice pool area where kids can have fun. Staff was friendly and offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch.

It can be pricey, but considering the amenities it's still reasonable.

The room was dirty, and the bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush. After a frustrating runaround with the staff, it took forever to get someone to fix it. It added so much stress to our trip!

The pool was always clean and inviting each morning, and the Landshark restaurant served up some tasty grub. But, there were definitely some bumps in the road. The beds were like rocks, not the most restful night's sleep. And don't even get me started on the elevators - long lines and one out of service made it a real hassle getting around. the cleanliness could use a tune-up. Some areas had dust and mold lurking about, and the shower curtain was a bit suspect. Plus, the room wasn't ready until way past check-in time, which was a major letdown. All in all, Margaritaville had its ups and downs, but with a few tweaks, it could be a top-notch spot for a beach getaway.

Margaritaville Beach Resort offers a stunning location just moments from a beautiful beach and vibrant attractions. The rooms are comfortable, yet some lacked thorough cleaning. The pool has great views but needs attention. with improved housekeeping and maintenance, it could truly shine as a top-tier resort.

The ocean view from my balcony is stunning. The swim-up bar is amazing and I loved the friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable with high-quality bedding. the heating did not work initially. The bathroom felt cramped, lacking ventilation and fresheners. There was no hot water, and the shower pressure was minimal, requiring a long wait for water to flow. The coffee pot was on its last leg, and the shampoo did not lather well. WiFi struggled on the third floor, which was inconvenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly relocating us when needed. The room had great beach access, but the pool area was disappointing and not well-maintained.

The view from our new room was stunning, and the clean kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. the room's original condition was disappointing—dirt and odors lingered. Our toilet malfunctioned upon arrival, leading to an inconvenient room change. The pool felt overcrowded and not very inviting. Staff were generally kind, but check-in issues and check-out pressure made it uncomfortable. A lack of sound-proofing from neighboring families was frustrating. Snacks couldn't be heated without a microwave, which was disappointing. the potential was there, but the execution fell short.

The location is fantastic with quick access to the beach. Our room was outdated and not properly cleaned.
