My stay at Hilton was fantastic! The hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore all the popular downtown attractions and restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed the stunning lobby and the overall decor of the hotel. Despite the noise from nearby events, my sound machine helped me and my family sleep peacefully through the night. The staff, except for the Starbucks cashiers, were friendly and provided excellent service. Hilton definitely made my trip to Nashville memorable.

Conveniently located near Bridgestone Arena with plenty of nearby attractions. Comfortable rooms with a great city view and spacious bathroom. Adequate gym facilities available. Breakfast buffet with excellent food options. Friendly bartender with a unique martini menu.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us to be in the heart of the city and within walking radius to everything we had planned to do. We were close to great sights and public transportation was easily accessible. Additionally, the room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

We did have some issues with noise from other guests and outside the hotel, which disturbed our sleep.

We loved the central location in the heart of downtown and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provided a great breakfast every morning and the waitstaff were phenomenal, serving with a smile and great personality. The hotel was minutes away from Broadway, making it convenient to enjoy the music scene. The proximity to Titans Stadium and the Bridgestone Arena was a big plus, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the hotel itself felt grand and luxurious.

I had a fantastic stay at this place in downtown! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of downtown. I was able to easily walk to all of the main attractions, including the symphony, country music museum, and the arena. Plus, Broadway was right at the back door! The staff here were incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. I loved the beautiful lobby with its expansive space and the pleasant piano music that added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing me with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the free Wi-Fi to the in-room safe and mini-bar. I also appreciated the variety of dining options, from the restaurant to the bar/lounge area and even the picnic area outside. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel.

We loved staying at this place as it was right in the heart of downtown, which makes it super easy to walk to all the bars, clubs, and main attractions. The service we received from the staff was phenomenal, from check-in to check-out, they were always helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the free welcome drink and the in-room breakfast was excellent. The room itself was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and an in-room safe, making us feel right at home.

Although the staff wouldn't accommodate our request for Hilton Honors points, we still highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The leisure facilities were great, and we loved the bar/ lounge area, fitness center, and picnic area/ tables. The excellent location and friendly service alone make it well worth the price. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!

The location was absolutely amazing and within walking distance of everything downtown. The view from the upper floors was exceptional. The hotel facilities were beautiful, especially the lobby. Check-in was easy and the elevators were quick. The staff was helpful and the cleanliness was very good.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Perfect location! The hotel was conveniently located near local restaurants, the Ryman, and everything on Broadway. You could easily walk to wherever you needed to go. Additionally, the front desk staff were great and the staff in the lobby bar were very friendly.

The front desk could use improvement. I had requested an early check-in but was met with a condescending attitude from one of the staff members. Furthermore, there were some issues with the room. The hairdryer didn't work and there were no face towels or washcloths in the bathroom. For the price paid, I expected better amenities. the hotel's location and friendly staff were its best aspects. However, the front desk service and lack of amenities in the room were disappointing.

Everything is what I need and want.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Downtown in Nashville for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many great attractions. Not only were the rooms super clean, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were also very accommodating, allowing me to check in early. I even had the pleasure of dining at the Trattoria Italian restaurant located within the hotel, and the food was absolutely delicious.

I do recommend this hotel.

This hotel is fantastic! First of all, the location couldn't be better - we were right in the center of all the main attractions and just a stone's throw away from the bars on Broadway. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was great too - with a Broadway view and all the basic amenities we needed, including breakfast included. Definitely great value for money!

Got complementary Wi-Fi and parking during my stay. The hotel has a great location, as it's nearby many restaurants and attractions. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Sadly, the staff was untrained in customer service and their personalities weren't great. They overcharged me and the wait staff did as well. The room service menu was very limited and the food was worse than fast food.

We were impressed with the spacious suite and its amazing view of the city. Plus, the live music in the lobby was a delightful touch. The breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of delicious options and attentive service. a great stay!
