I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel — it felt so classy for the price! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, with easy access to Hot Springs National Park, Lake Catherine State Park, Historic Downtown, and various dining options. The staff at the lobby and bar were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The hotel's nautical decorations gave it a trendy and stylish vibe. Plus, the added security measures like key access to the elevator, pool, and other areas made us feel safe and secure. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

The only downside was the limited breakfast options. It would have been nice to have more variety or additional choices besides just one egg.

Exceptionally clean hotel with curated look. Coffee still hot at 3 pm. No wait for room, offered floor and view options. Beautiful view of mountains and lake from balcony suite. Plush bed and favorite shower. Wonderful desk attendants, especially Billy who gave great recommendations. Shop offering animal products, not an issue.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, being just a short walk from many local restaurants and cafés. the gym facilities were of a high standard, which we really appreciated.

The room was quite small and seemed to feel cramped with more than one person in it. the wifi was quite slow and made it difficult for us to do some work that we needed to get done.
