On the other hand, the cleanliness in some areas of the room left something to be desired. The bathroom and carpet seemed a bit neglected, and finding ants in my food was definitely a big turn-off. The maintenance response to the ant situation was also a bit lackluster, leaving me feeling quite inconvenienced. Sonesta Select has some good aspects like location and friendly staff, but there are definitely areas that need improvement in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance.
