Had a fantastic Christmas stay! the bed was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the hotel's central location made it easy to access all the holiday festivities. We loved the clean room, especially the sumptuous pillows and sheets, ensuring a great night's sleep. the continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the full-length mirror in the room was a thoughtful addition.

There were some hiccups during our stay. the room had a noisy bed, and being close to the ice machine was a bit disruptive.

The hotel had a great location as it was close to the mall, restaurants and a Fort Gordon. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The rooms were comfortable with great basic amenities. The breakfast was good with excellent waffles that were nice and crispy, and the scrambled eggs were yummy.
