Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and fantastic waterslide at the pool. Friendly staff that provided helpful advice and had no issues with check-in. Decent breakfast and good Wi-Fi. Convenient location near shops and restaurants, with a lovely stream nearby. No bug sightings, and room charges were handled efficiently.

This hotel is perfectly located on the Parkway, right in between two popular amusement parks and close to restaurants and attractions like Dixie Stampede or Dollywood. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is situated on a river, providing a nice view from some of the rooms.

One minor issue was reported with the bathroom, but the staff did attempt to address it.

I loved this place! The location was perfect for me, right in between two popular amusement parks and with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and the service housekeeping was excellent. My room was equipped with tea and coffee facilities and had a terrace with garden furniture where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The flat-screen TV was also a nice touch.

I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!

The breakfast was tasty and filling, with lots of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions we wanted to see.

The room was a bit dated and not as clean as we would have liked. The noise level was a bit high, with some guests being loud late into the night.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool wasn't huge, but it was perfect for my kids to play in. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. we enjoyed our stay.
