Attended a gymnastics competition at the LeConte Convention Center and stayed at this hotel for convenience. Connected to the center via a walking bridge. Warm pool, clean rooms, fantastic staff. Easy access to Margaritaville via trolley. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, great location for family activities.

The hotel is conveniently located near Margaritaville island, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. the cleanliness of the rooms stood out, and the friendly staff, especially Queen, made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the availability of Dove toiletries and the option to use a sleeper sofa were appreciated perks.

There were some downsides to our stay, such as the disappointing breakfast quality, which felt more like a basic continental offering. Additionally, issues with cleanliness, including fleas from a previous guest and overcrowding in the pool, detracted from the overall experience.

This hotel is perfectly located on the Parkway, right in between two popular amusement parks and close to restaurants and attractions like Dixie Stampede or Dollywood. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel is situated on a river, providing a nice view from some of the rooms.

One minor issue was reported with the bathroom, but the staff did attempt to address it.

I loved this place! The location was perfect for me, right in between two popular amusement parks and with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and the service housekeeping was excellent. My room was equipped with tea and coffee facilities and had a terrace with garden furniture where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The flat-screen TV was also a nice touch.

The room was a bit dated and not as clean as we would have liked. the noise level was a bit high, with some guests being loud late into the night.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool wasn't huge, but it was perfect for my kids to play in. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. we enjoyed our stay.
