The location is unbeatable! ! Just steps from the White House and so many great spots to eat. The Round Robin bar is a must-visit for fabulous drinks and lively atmosphere! Everything was spotlessly clean, making for a really pleasant experience.

The towels were bizarrely tiny and the refrigerator in the room was broken.

the breakfast area was shockingly bland, like a cafeteria. they even failed to provide me a water upgrade despite my complaints about the hot water! i expected at least a significant discount for my 5 night inconvenience but only received a laughable $50 credit, just couldn’t believe it. it’s a shame, really.

The staff is incredible! ! They went above and beyond, especially during an early morning situation. Clean, beautiful property, great location close to key attractions!

Service inconsistencies were frustrating! ! I faced delays with breakfast orders and room setup, which left a sour taste on an otherwise promising stay.

Had a boss time at this stunning place! The lobby's like walking through a painting, proper beautiful. Just a bit noisy outside, though, with street sounds after dark. But the location’s spot on for sightseeing, right near the White House. Will definitely be back!

wifi was spotty. and the breakfast choices could be more varied.

We explored the National Mall, visiting the stunning museums, like the Natural History Museum with the legendary Hope Diamond. Staying with family and friends made it even more enjoyable as we soaked in the vibrant atmosphere and history that D.C. offers.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities.

the classical music waiting in our room was such a nice touch after touring. the shower had weak water pressure, which was disappointing.
