The hotel had a cozy bed and warm bedding, with an indoor pool and spa that were well maintained. The free breakfast had a wide variety of items, and the scrambled eggs were particularly satisfying. The receptionist was delightful and attentive, even accommodating us when our toilet seat broke and providing us with a new room. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked by a diligent staff member. it was a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast room was well-kept. The parking was ample, and I didn't have to worry about carrying my luggage up the stairs because there was an elevator. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was near restaurants on California St, quite close to an excellent steakhouse, and close to the freeway exit.

Great location for visiting nearby attractions. We were able to easily explore and enjoy the area during our Christmas stay. the breakfast options provided were adequate and the food service staff were friendly and accommodating. the bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

The lighting in the room, especially by the bed, was not sufficient for reading. It would have been better if it was brighter.

As young people, we loved the spacious and clean King Suite. The hide-a-bed, microwave, and refrigerator were convenient for our stay. The two flat-screen TVs were a bonus. Perfect for birders or young families visiting Bosque del Apache.
