The room had a significant gap under the door, allowing noise from the hallway to disrupt our sleep. Although the breakfast was decent, it was served with disposable cutlery, which felt uninviting.

Request a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience, as soundproofing can be an issue on lower levels.

My recent stay was enjoyable, especially due to the warm hospitality from the staff and the quick access to beautiful parks, with New York State Zoo at Thompson Park just under 5 km away and the Soldiers and Sailors Civil War Monument a short almost 2 km stroll in the heart of the city. although the amenities could use some updates, I loved how the hotel was clean and offered a good range of breakfast options so I could start my days right before heading out to explore.

Front desk staff were helpful and attentive throughout stay.

The plumbing could use improvements!!! The tub didn’t drain properly, and the toilet kept running!!! The wait for the elevator was frustratingly long!!! The overall decor feels dated and in need of renovation!!!

i stayed at comfort inn for two nights in watertown and it exceeded my expectations. the clean room and decent breakfast made my mornings pleasant, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring. the front desk staff were very helpful throughout my stay.

We encountered issues with the pool being under renovation, which was disappointing since we were looking forward to relaxing there. Additionally, the front desk staff was not particularly welcoming during check-in, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off. The incidentals charging and delays in reimbursement added unnecessary frustration to our experience.

i really enjoyed my stay at comfort inn. the queen room was clean and comfortable, and the indoor heated pool was perfect for a family hangout. it's located close to many stores and restaurants, making it super convenient. also, the free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The Queen Suite with Sofa Bed was perfect, allowing us to relax after a full day at the softball tournament. The breakfast spread was delightful, and I can’t stop raving about the delicious flavored water and cookies in the lobby — it felt like a sweet little luxury during our busy days!

the staff were super friendly, especially the breakfast crew who kept everything fresh and hot. the location is awesome, so many places to eat nearby and the mall isn't far either. the rooms looked nice and were clean enough. loved having coffee available in the lobby 24/7. the warm pool was a nice touch for hangin out with the fam.

but the wi-fi was down the whole time, and that really sucked. also, the bathroom could use some serious updating, it felt kinda old-school.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a unique headboard lighting feature that added charm. However, the plumbing issues were disappointing. the tub didn't drain properly and the noise from neighboring rooms was quite bothersome, especially the toilet disturbances. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including crepes, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There seems to be a need for some updates and better soundproofing.
