During our stay at Fairfield Inn, our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The pool may be small, but the separate water slide made it a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the morning. One incident stood out when my daughter accidentally locked the bathroom door, but the housekeeping staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue promptly.

The best aspects of our stay were the spacious and clean rooms. It was great to have enough space for our family and not feel cramped. Additionally, the pool with a water slide was a hit with the kids. They had a blast swimming and sliding down the slide.

The worst aspects of our stay were the noise from the room above us. the kids staying there were running and jumping off the beds, and despite notifying the front desk, the noise continued late into the night.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Fairfield Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds and a great shower setup, especially for seniors. The breakfast had lots of choices and the breakfast staff were friendly and interactive. Free parking was a plus and the hotel had a pool with a waterslide.

Some staff members were not particularly friendly or warm, which made it feel like an intrusion.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. the staff went above and beyond to make our late check-in smooth and recommended a fantastic Italian restaurant for takeout. It's the small details like this that really make a difference. Secondly, the location was perfect for us, being close to Allentown and near some great local hotspots like Wawa and Yaccoos Hotdogs. Lastly, the room itself was immaculate with calming music playing on the flat-screen TV upon arrival. I immediately felt at ease. Plus, the availability of coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby was a nice touch.
