The location of the hotel was perfect - close to all shopping malls and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Durham for a few days with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly, from the ladies in the breakfast room to the lady at the front desk. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel had plenty of parking and good security measures in place. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious lemon poppy seed cream cheese bread at breakfast.

This place is great! The hotel is located in the perfect spot for me, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. I was also impressed by the service provided here, the staff were very attentive and really made me feel at home. The room I stayed in was nice and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a range of facilities such as a fitness centre, on-site car park and seasonal outdoor pool that really made my stay here enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. With the great location, excellent customer service and the range of facilities available here, I can't see why anyone would want to stay anywhere else.

I stayed at Comfort Inn during Parents Weekend at Duke and it was perfect for an easy commute. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot breakfast buffet had a great variety. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The 24-hour hot drinks in the lobby were a bonus for early risers like myself. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking, and the hotel felt secure. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. The location was ideal, with many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Some guests noticed hairs on the bathroom walls and shelving, as well as spots on the bathroom door and ceiling.

The location of this budget hotel is excellent. It is surrounded by many shopping areas and various restaurants. Additionally, I was pleased to find out that I could park straightaway outside the hotel, which made my stay easier. Moreover, the hotel is so close to the restaurant that I was able to walk to it.
