New & Nice , This hotel is new and fresh. the suite we stayed in was nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed. the breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from. the fitness center had new equipment and had everything we needed for a decent workout. the staff were friendly and were willing to accommodate any requests we had. the hotel is conveniently located near some basic shopping, with several restaurants within walking distance. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Disliked , One thing we didn't like about our stay was the lack of communication from the staff regarding our room accommodations. We had requested a larger room to accommodate a wheelchair and were assured that it would be taken care of, but when we arrived, the room was not suitable for our needs and the staff didn't seem to know what to do about it.

I absolutely loved the bathroom setup at Comfort Suites! The sink and vanity area were huge, and the shower had excellent water pressure. As a disabled person, I appreciated the grab bars that were available. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choices, from toast to cereal to scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The computer area was a great feature for printing out luggage tags and boarding passes. it was a clean and comfortable stay.

I felt completely secure during my stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

I was impressed with how the hotel handled the situation when a disruptive individual entered the premises, immediately calling the police and ensuring the safety of the guests. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a chilly room and some WiFi issues, my overall experience at Comfort Suites was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We particularly enjoyed the free WiFi, which allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones during the festive season.

The only downside was that there was no hot tub available at the hotel. It would have been nice to soak in a hot tub after a long day of exploring and shopping.
