We loved how clean and well-maintained the facility was during our stay. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and very accommodating. The location was convenient for visiting family in the area.

The staff was wonderful, quickly finding us a new room when the first one smelled bad. They were kind and respectful, answering all our questions. Bill at the front desk went above and beyond, helping with the milk carafe and providing a map for our morning walk. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, peaceful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding, very nice and accommodating.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have a wider menu selection.

It was all superb.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient, and the hotel was located very close to the San Jacinto Battleground Monument and the USS Texas, as well as other attractions down to Honduras, Belize, and Mexico. We also loved that Baytown Seafood was just around the corner for a delicious seafood dinner. The location was perfect, right off the highway and close to everywhere we needed to go. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we had.

Cannot find any fault.

I was initially worried about noise, as our room was located next to the elevator. However, I was pleasantly surprised that neither the elevator noise nor the children's noises from the hallway bothered us at all. As a light sleeper, a good night's sleep on the road is a rare treat, and Comfort Suites delivered. The free Wi-Fi was also easy to connect to and had high speed.

The room size was big, with 2 double beds, sofa, desk, fridge, and microwave. The hotel location is good. The hotel remains clean and friendly despite renovations. The staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast was excellent. The room had double blinds, providing extra darkness.

The staff was helpful and accommodating when our trip took longer than expected. They checked us in efficiently and the room was larger than anticipated with new furniture. The breakfast had options for those with dietary restrictions. Marie at the front desk provided exceptional service during breakfast.
