Joseph's customer service made a lasting impression; he went out of his way to make waffles for my daughter after breakfast hours and even brewed fresh coffee for my mother. my experience was marred by the hotel’s outdated condition—there was a musty smell, worn furniture, and the linens weren’t fresh. Plus, my credit card was charged three times, leaving my funds frozen for over a week. The walls are thin, so noise was an issue too. I loved the convenience but doubt I’ll return.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful beach and explore so many shops and restaurants just a few steps away; with a friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet with assorted delicious options, it was the perfect place to start my day before heading out to discover nearby attractions like Boone Hall Plantation and Fort Palmetto Park, both less than 3 km away, not to mention the amazing workout facilities on-site for a quick session before a beach day, but there was a bit of a smell near the bed that could use some attention.

The location is perfect for families with kids since there are plenty of places to eat and shop just a short walk away we even found a great bakery nearby. The breakfast is a real winner with hot waffles, fresh fruit, and a variety of options even the kids asked for seconds.

Some areas need attention, especially the condition and upkeep of the rooms. Prompt service in response to concerns would enhance the stay. Worth considering if improvements are made.

Comfort Suites at Isle Of Palms Connector boasts a fantastic location, just 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and close to Shem Creek's dining options. The spacious King Suite was comfortable, and the breakfast selection was satisfying.

Comfortable bed, convenient location with easy access to the beach and good dining options just steps away, like King Street Grill across the parking lot.

The room was super spacious with comfy beds. Loved having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker right there. The fitness area was nice too. Breakfast had plenty of options, although it could've used better refills. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s close to good food spots.
