comfy stay with friendly staff

The staff here are super helpful! Julia was awesome at the front desk, making sure my reservation was solid. Our room was cozy and clean, plus the breakfast was tasty. My daughter loved the pool, but we were pretty bummed the water was freezing instead of heated. a good stop after a long drive!

During my recent transit in Knoxville, I stayed at Comfort Suites North Knoxville, which is conveniently located only 35 km away from McGhee Tyson. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover during my travels. the hotel's range of amenities, such as the gym and 24-hour business center, added convenience to my brief stay.

While my stay was relatively short, I encountered a minor inconvenience related to the room allocation process. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise satisfactory stay at Comfort Suites North Knoxville.

I personally found the entrance through French doors a bit awkward, but others might enjoy the unique touch.

The suite we stayed in had a separate bedroom and living area, with separate TVs - perfect for watching different shows. The property was well-maintained and easy to find from the interstate. The bed was also very comfortable.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. I arrived at night and had to park in the lot to the side of the hotel, and it was more of an inconvenience than anything.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location very close to downtown Knoxville, the Knoxville Convention Center, and the University of Tennessee.

Felt like home, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast was great and the room was clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with easy access to major highways and close to key attractions in the city. the hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable furniture and beds. the free breakfast was a nice bonus.

Parking at the hotel was cramped and the individual spaces were narrow, making it difficult to unload/load items through the side doors. the hotel could benefit from having two elevators, as the wait time was inconvenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the free wi-fi.

My recent stay at Comfort Suites was amazing. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my grandson, who was recovering from sinus surgery, had everything he needed. the front desk was helpful and provided extra bags and towels for ice packs. the hotel itself was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. the location was convenient, just off of I-75, and there was a large parking lot with security cameras. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee brewer, and microwave. the free breakfast had a wide selection of hot and warm items.
