We stayed here for one night to go to the polar express! We got in late and someone came down and got us our key and was really nice, we hardly waited! When we got over to our Villa we were so surprised!!! it was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 4! It had a back covered porch that overlooked the river! It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, very quiet, but right across the street was gas and food and was right down the road from the casino!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the casino and having nearby restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store. The check-in process was easy and the room had a small coffeepot and a refrigerator. However, the updates to the room didn't make up for the musty smell and questionable cleanliness. I was not satisfied with my stay and won't be returning.

The sheets looked dirty and I had to sleep on top of the bed in my clothes. The lights wouldn't work and I had to plug everything in myself, which was concerning.

Clean cabins close to rushing river, exceeded expectations. Perfect getaway from reality. Hot water and comfortable bed. Great location, peaceful.

I absolutely loved staying at the cabins by the river. The location was perfect - right across the street from restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station. The best part was the free taxi service to and from the casino. The view from the cabins was not affected at all, which was great.

I had a wonderful stay at Qualla Cabins And Motel Cherokee Near Casino in Whittier. The location was beautiful, close to the casino and restaurants. The cabin I stayed in was clean and new, with a small balcony overlooking the river. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed walking my dog on the motel property and the picnic tables and fire rings provided a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The shuttle and cab services provided by the hotel were convenient and helpful. They made it easy for us to get around the area without having to worry about driving and finding parking. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They made sure to ask if we needed anything and were always willing to assist us.

There were several downsides to our stay. the rooms were not properly cleaned.

We loved that this hotel was extremely close to the casino, making it convenient for us to visit. The location was great as it was close to everything we needed, such as gas stations, restaurants like McDonald's and Waffle House, and even a grocery store like Food Lion. The hotel had a beautiful view as it was right on top of a raging river and had a peaceful creek nearby. The cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The proprietor called to verify my reservation. There was ample shopping in walking distance. The hotel was in a semi-quiet area but still close to everything. Complimentary shampoo, soap, and lotion were provided. There were newer, more private accommodations available for guests wanting something different. The hotel had river access and a picnic area, as well as outside spaces for kids to play.

Walking our dog on the motel property and having picnic tables and fire rings to utilize were additional perks.

While we had a great experience in the cabins, we cannot comment on the motel rooms as we did not stay there.
