The cookies were tasty and the person who checked us in was helpful. the location was great for getting to the events we had planned. It was only a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room, helped because we had four young children with us and it helped to have extra space for them to move around.

The breakfast was not very good and the area was small and very crowded. the person who was responsible for breakfast was also quite loud and it was difficult to enjoy our meal because of the noise.

As young people, we loved the whirlpool suite with its giant tub and excellent front desk staff. The location was perfect, and the customer service was top-notch.

I was traveling with my son for a baseball event in Kansas City and had an early start from Nebraska. We arrived at Country Inn in the morning, tired and blurry-eyed, but Heather went above and beyond to ensure that we got our room on time. She worked through the glitches in our reservation and even managed to get us a late checkout despite the hotel being sold out. Heather's exceptional customer service made our stay enjoyable and I will definitely be returning to this hotel because of her. Highly recommended!

Comfortable and Clean Rooms: The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for us to relax and unwind after a long day. We had no issues with noise and were able to get a good night's sleep.

Lack of Recognition for Rewards Members: We were disappointed that the hotel did not recognize rewards members in any way during our stay. This was something that we had come to expect from other hotels in the same price range.
