Clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff.

My stay was marred by persistent noise, especially from the thin walls. I could hear conversations in the hallway and every squeaky movement from the room above. Also, finding the entrance was frustrating. it was obscured behind the gate in the dark, which added unnecessary stress after a long day of travel.

I loved how convenient the location was, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The room was cozy and impressively clean, and the staff were super friendly, making my stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. Breakfast offered a solid variety of options, which was a nice perk to start the day.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, which took longer than expected.

the AC in my room was basically non-existent, and the fridge only served as a fancy ice bucket. also, the pool area was absolutely disgusting, with ants and what seemed like a biohazard hot tub. i was sure they would roll out the red carpet for me, but that didn't happen, so good luck to the next poor soul.

Brekkie was such a lekker spread! Got hot food with options that sorted my mornings. The chommies at reception were super helpful too, made the stay feel more homely. And the pool area? Ah, we jolled every evening there—was just grand!

But the room could have used some fresh air, it felt a bit stuffy without open windows, ag man.

loved the free shuttle service from the airport, super quick and easy to get to my room. the staff were really nice and helpful, made me feel welcomed. the room was cozy and clean with everything i needed, and the little jacuzzi outside was a nice treat. breakfast was pretty solid too, lots of options to choose from. plus, the hotel is in a good spot, only a short walk to some great sushi places.

but check-in was kinda disorganized and we had to wait longer than expected. also, the beds could've been a lil plusher for my taste.

We had an awesome stay with our three dogs. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast spread was delightful! We loved visiting the nearby children’s museum—it had a mix of art and science that kept my kids entertained for hours.
