However, it wasn't all smooth sailing. there were noticeable cleanliness issues like stained carpets and the occasional bug sighting in the room. The restaurant in-house had long wait times, and the dining options were limited, which made meals a hassle when you just wanted something quick. Also, being near the airport meant that noise from outside really intruded on the peace you're after when trying to relax.

the indoor pool was inviting! I loved the attentive service provided by the staff. they made our stay enjoyable. Room service was a delight, with a satisfying menu and prompt delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room, which made settling in quite comfortable. Plus, the indoor pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

Attentive staff made for a welcoming environment, and the suite was spacious, including a work desk and fridge for added convenience. The nearby restaurant offered delicious American-inspired dishes, elevating the dining experience. The only downside was a delay during check-out, which slightly disrupted the early morning routine, but overall, the comfort and amenities made for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was heaps nice, but we ran into a bit of a hassle with room service—had to ask for towels twice. The friendly staff made it easier though!

The room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the great dining service, especially the delicious buffet breakfast. The indoor pool was enjoyable after a long day. The shuttle service was also reliable, making my travels easy. 😊

My stay at the Hilton Charlotte Airport was a delightful surprise! The room was spotlessly clean, and I couldn't get enough of the beautiful atrium lobby that made returning to the hotel feel welcoming each time. The attentive bartender, Chad, elevated my evenings with his friendly service!

The staff here were exceptional, with Lasha and Roger going above and beyond to help. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was slow and made us wait longer than expected. Enjoyed a round at the nearby golf course, making the trip worthwhile.

Awesome airport stay!

This place is super close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle. The lounge staff were fantastic! Esther went out of her way to get me coffee after hours. The breakfast spread in the lounge was solid too. One minor issue was the lack of bottled water in the room. had to grab some from the front desk.

I had a grand stay here, especially with the lovely staff! Latoya was a gem, sorting out my chaotic travel plans. Only downside was the breakfast being empty at 9am—typical, eh? But overall, a mighty place to relax after a long day. Cheers!

Oh, the bacon at breakfast was just divine—crispy and savory, a true culinary delight! Plus, the scent that greeted us walking in was fantastic! The large, comfy beds made settling in feel luxurious.

On the flip side, the shower was more lukewarm than hot, and the pool felt like a field trip with all those kids splashing around.
