We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms exceeded our expectations with their spaciousness, and we loved having balconies, even though we didn't use them much. The showers were longer than usual, which was great for us tall folks. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange for two adjacent rooms, which was very helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Concord Mills outlets and various dining options like Olive Garden.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me, being close to outside gardens and convenient for the car show. It was also a nice and quiet area, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff was amazing and attentive to my needs. I love that they offer room service, dry cleaning, and wake-up services. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed like coffee maker, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment we checked in, Frankie and Nic made us feel welcome and provided outstanding service. the room was clean, attractive, and met all of our needs. the hotel's location near the highway was convenient for getting around. Despite the road noise, our comfort level was not affected. we were impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

One downside was that there was no hotel information or area information book in the room, which would have been helpful. Additionally, when we booked a room for three people, we only had enough towels and bedding for two.
